How to request deletion
Send an email to support@qargo.in from your registered email address where possible. Include your registered phone number, account type, and whether you want to delete your full account or only request deletion of specific personal data.
This request page is available without signing in to the app. You can use it for both the QARGO customer app and the QARGO driver app.
What gets deleted
- Your QARGO customer or driver account access may be closed.
- Profile details such as name, phone number, email, saved addresses, and app preferences may be deleted.
- Optional profile content and support metadata may be deleted where it is no longer required.
What may be retained
Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, audit, safety, fraud prevention, payment, dispute resolution, KYC, or regulatory purposes. This can include ride records, invoices, settlement records, cancellation dues, proof of delivery, safety reports, and driver verification records.
Timeline and confirmation
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 7 business days. If we need more information to verify the request, we will contact you using the details provided.
